Prices, shipping costs and delivery information

On the subject of delivery costs: We support a fair wage policy and therefore commission a local logistics partner to handle the deliveries. It is a small and dedicated family business in Klosterneuburg (Vienna). Currently two employees (Andrea & Martin) are mainly responsible for processing the mailings of the IQ-TINK garlic products, who do their work with great commitment and love. The shipping packaging costs €3 and we pay €3 for handling. In addition, there are the costs that the parcel service charges us (e.g. €4 for Austria and €9 for Germany). In the most favorable case, our cost price for a delivery is 10€ for packages up to 5kg for delivery within Austria. In addition, we have commissioned a packaging company from Vienna (a family business) to pack the books when they come from the printer. This is the only company in this sector in Europe that pays its employees the usual salary (plus Christmas and holiday bonuses) and thinks and acts in a very environmentally conscious and employee-friendly manner. The company has already won several prizes and awards for this.

 We charge a flat rate of €9.00 for delivery within Germany and Austria and €  15.00 for Europe. For orders over €70.00, standard delivery within AT and to all EU countries is free of charge. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you in the shopping cart system and on the order page. The standard delivery time is 2-3 working days.

There are no shipping costs for digital content (e-books, software, etc.).

The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value added tax of the respective countries and other price components.
